Very fast service ( oil change ). I made the appointment but it took a week to get in, other wise service and atmosphere was friendly. When We are in town if we need service we will stop by there.

My car was low on oil with only 3500 miles, which is very questionable?? They are concerned over it and changed the oil and I have to return every 1000 miles to see if the new car is actually using oil because it is not leaking oil!!

The buying experience at the Dealership was the best. Everyone at the Dealership is very courteous and helpful. Wonderful experience. However, on day 2 of having my car, the front view camera stopped working. The camera controls the Chevy Safety Assist Package and Driver Confidence Package. Now I'm driving a car that doesn't perform as it is supposed to. The dealership has worked very hard to find part # 42850479 , and have gotten no assistance from GM. The Service Department opened a case the GM but has gotten no reply since 06/27/23. I love my Trax but very disappointed in GM for not correcting my problem in a timely manner.
